Terms of Purchase:

Personal checks are welcome as a down payment. Before the horse leaves the ranch final payment must be made with cash or a cashiers check.

Asbury Stables is not responsible for the horses once they have left the ranch. We welcome verterinary inspections on any of our horses at the buyers expense.

A $100 fee will be added to the final price which will include transfer and health certificate.

All of the information about each horse is provided by the actual horse owner. Asbury Stables is not responsible for incorrect information. All of the information is believed to be true and owners sign a contract that states the information is true and reliable. All questions relating to horses not owned by Asbury Stables will be forwarded to the actual horse owners for a response if we can not answer them with the information that was provided by the owner. Our mission at Asbury Stables is to broker horses for part-time ranchers who don't have the time to invest in finding good homes for their horses. We screen our clients and only represent horse owners we consider honest and respectible citizens of our community.
